The gt-40 heads have bigger valves, and larger intake and exhaust ports than a set of E7 heads. Combustion chambers are close depending on which casting # you end up with. Unless you are an experienced head porter I am willing to bet a set of gt-40 heads will easily outflow your ported E7 heads.
